Job Title: Night Shift Registered Nurse • Medical/Surgical (Orthopedic Specialty)
We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with an Orthopedic specialty for our Medical/Surgical department's night shift. This role is ideal for those who excel in fast•paced environments and are committed to superior patient care.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care for orthopedic patients.
• Collaborate on and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Educate patients and families on disease management and post•discharge care.
Qualifications:
• Valid Registered Nurse license.
• Experience in a Medical/Surgical setting, preferably Orthopedics.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work night shifts.
• Strong commitment to patient safety.
