Job Title: Corrections • Patient Care Tech • Nights
We're seeking a Patient Care Tech (PCT) for our Huntsville region team. This role may require travel up to 50 miles within the area.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting healthcare staff with patient care
• Handling patient's personal care tasks
• Room setup and cleaning
Details:
• Immediate start
• 13•week contract
• Night shift: 1745•0615
• 36 hours per week
Staff will receive their schedule 2+ weeks in advance. Overtime is available based on performance and attendance.
Float Requirements:
• May need to float to different units within a 30•minute radius
• Refusal to float is considered a DNR
Scheduling:
• 4 weeks block booking by the 20th
• Work week: Saturday – Friday
Qualifications:
• Active BLS certification
• Active C.N.A license (preferred) or PCT experience
• 1.5 years of experience in highest certification held
• Experience in Floor nursing in LTAC or acute care
• 1.5 Year Acute Care/Med Surg/ED or other approved experience
