Description: Travel Radiology Tech Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13wks Shift: Days (7a-5p Sat-Tues) Rate: $55 Required: FL rad tech license, 1+yrs exp Will be expected to float between campuses if needed. Ideal applicant will be willing to work additional shifts as able. Will need to be available to take on call shifts for the department. On call
will be between 5 and 8 shifts per month. They should have some
flexibility to move that 7a - 5p shift to a 9a-7p as needed.
Please note AHCA is required for all CHS FL travel Please do not submit your candidate unless you have already reviewed potential housing/housing costs with your traveler. Holiday pay at this facility is capped at 8hrs
The Radiology Technologist is a graduate of an accredited AMA school and registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT). The Radiology Technologist, maintains a state license as a general radiographer, and is responsible for providing timely diagnostic services to both inpatient and outpatients under the direction of a Radiologist and departmental protocols. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the performance of: basic radiographic procedures, fluoroscopy, portable radiographic procedures, C-arm procedures, OR imaging services and routine procedures
