**Job Title: Rounding Coordinator • Registered Nurse • Days**
Join our client's team as a Rounding Coordinator • Registered Nurse in Los Angeles, CA. This role is perfect for a compassionate and empathetic RN with excellent communication skills, aiming to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
**Position Details:**
• **Duration:** 13 weeks
• **Schedule:** 40 hours per week, 4 x 10•hour shifts
• **Shift:** Days, with every other weekend required
• **Floating:** Required across various departments within the scope of specialty
• **On Call:** Not required
• **RTO:** Up to 4 days max approved
**Requirements:**
• **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years RN experience
• **Certifications:** BLS, Fire Card
• **License:** Active CA RN License (renewal required if expired)
• **Travel Experience:** Preferred but not required
• **COVID•19 Vaccination:** Required, including boosters if eligible
**Responsibilities:**
• Conduct patient rounds, ensuring they feel heard, seen, and cared for
• Communicate effectively to improve patient outcomes and survey scores
• Document patient interactions and feedback
**Additional Information:**
• **Scrub Color:** Royal Blue or Navy Blue
• **PPE:** Fully provided, with on•site fit testing available
• **EMR System:** Epic, specific to our client's location
