Opportunities Available
Home Health RN
As a Home Health RN, you’ll:
- Provide skilled nursing care to adult and geriatric patients in their homes
- Manageable caseloads
- Complete patient admissions and create personalized plans of care
- Deliver care focused on orthopedic recovery, wound care, palliative care, and post-discharge support
- Document care in real time using EPIC
As a Hospice RN, you’ll:
- Provide skilled nursing care, pain and symptom management, and emotional support for patients and families in both homes and facilities
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and collaborate closely with physicians, social workers, and aides
- Complete admissions and coordinate individualized hospice plans
- Structured Support: Dedicated education team and clear processes to set you up for success
- Safety First: Intake evaluations, alert systems, and real-time communication tools
- Community Connection: Care for patients within a small, reasonable travel radius — mileage reimbursement provided ($0.70/mile after 30 miles)
- Work-Life Balance: Predictable Monday–Friday schedule with every fourth weekend rotation
- Union-based pay: Up to $55.01/hour (based on experience, will discuss on initial call)
- $7,500 sign-on bonus (paid at 4 and 12 months)

- Current RN license in Massachusetts
- BLS certification required
- Minimum of 6–12 months of RN experience
- Home Health: Acute care, long-term care, or clinic experience considered
- Hospice: One year of nursing experience preferred (or 6 months with BSN)
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Hospice-specific experience, IV certification a plus
