Description: 1. General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Primarily working with outpatient orthopedic patients however a variety of neurological patients and other varying diagnosis are also seen. Patients are evaluated and treated with use of modalities and manual skills. Therapist also float to the inpatient side of the facility for evaluation and treatments.
2. Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. (Is there computerized charting, medication systems, etc.)
Computerized charting (Optimispt and Quadramed)
3. Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Prefer orthopedic outpatient experience and inpatient experience
4. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. (ARRT, CRT, BLS, ACLS, etc)
BLS, Wyoming PT license
5. Shift or schedule requirements. (Will the employee ever work alone? Is call required? If so, how often? Are weekends required?)
8 hour day shift, Mon-Fri.
6. Floating to other units/departments. (If so, to which units/departments?)
Primarily outpatient with some floating to inpatient
7. Bed size/number of rooms for this unit/dept.
8. Nurse to patient ratio of this unit. (nursing only)
9. Dress Code:
Casual professional
