Job Title: Permanent CRNA
Location: Northwestern Iowa
Start Date: July 2025
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5x8-hour shifts'/ weekend rotation
Call Requirements: After-hours and weekend call with a 30-minute response time
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-45 days
EMR System: EPIC
Anesthesia Charting: Intra-op on paper
Position Overview:
Join our client's team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) in a collaborative and supportive environment. This role involves working in a 3-CRNA practice, rotating with other providers to cover operating rooms and take call. The schedule includes one week covering rooms and taking calls, followed by a week just covering rooms. Start times may vary based on surgical needs.
Responsibilities:
- Administer anesthesia for a variety of cases including general, ortho, endo, urology, ENT, healthy pediatrics, and OB epis
- Provide airway assistance in emergency situations such as cardiac arrest or stroke
- Start IVs, including pediatric hydration IVs
- Perform epidurals and manage OB cases (no VBACs or high-risk cases)
- Collaborate with surgeons and specialists to ensure optimal patient care
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Comfortable with epidurals and a variety of anesthesia techniques
- Licensed CRNA with standard certifications
