**Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days**
**Contract Details:**
• 8•week contract, 40 hours/week
• Day shifts with potential overtime
• Extension opportunities
• RTO accepted
**Qualifications:**
• Active RN license
• BLS certification
• 1•2 years in home health or hospice
• Proficient with Home Care Home Base
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver nursing care in home settings
• Use Home Care Home Base for documentation
• Conduct start of care visits and manage caseload
**Additional Information:**
• Scrub color: Any
• COVID vaccine not required
• EMR: Home Care Home Base
