Hospice - Registered Nurse - Days

**Job Title: Hospice Registered Nurse • Days**

Join our team in Houston, TX, as a dedicated Hospice RN providing exceptional in•home care.

**Position Details:**

• **Duration:** 13 weeks
• **Hours:** 40 per week, flexible
• **Location:** Houston, TX
• **On•Call:** None
• **Certifications:** BLS
• **License:** Active RN
• **Experience:** 2+ years in hospice, proficient in HCHB and OASIS
• **Documentation:** Same•day completion at patient's home
• **Orientation:** 2•3 days

**Responsibilities:**

• Deliver quality hospice care
• Manage documentation with HCHB/OASIS
• Attend weekly meetings
• Handle 20•25 cases weekly

**Requirements:**

• Reside within 30 minutes of territory
• Recent OASIS E experience (post•Jan 2023)
• Achieve 26•28 productivity points weekly
