Job Title: Home Health Speech Therapist
Join our team as a Speech Therapist, providing services in a home health setting. This 13•week contract position requires a 40•hour work week with flexibility.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver speech therapy to home health patients
• Manage a caseload of 20•25 patients weekly
• Complete daily documentation
• Attend weekly in•person meetings
Requirements:
• Valid SLP license
• 2 years of speech therapy experience
• OASIS and Homecare Homebase experience
• BLS certification
• Continuous employment history
Additional Information:
• No on•call or overtime
• Pre•approved time off
• Mileage reimbursement
• Flexible scrub color
• 2•3 days of orientation
Location: Kennesaw, GA, with home•based care in Canton, Woodstock, and Acworth.
