Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse • Day Shift
We're looking for a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse in Beaverton, OR. This role involves providing high•quality care to patients in their homes and managing a caseload of up to 6 patients daily.
Responsibilities include skilled nursing care, maintaining accurate patient records, and using EPIC Remote Client and Rover for charting. The role operates on a day shift schedule, 5x8•hour shifts from 08:00 • 16:30.
Applicants should have a minimum of 1 year of home health experience, BCLS certification, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel within a 60•mile radius. Professional attire is required.
