Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and lead the vision and multi-year roadmap for global HR technology, ensuring alignment with enterprise talent strategies.

  • Drive transformation efforts across the HR function, leveraging Workday and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics.

  • Serve as the enterprise owner of HR systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, data security, and operational excellence.

  • Partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to deliver next-generation employee experiences and workforce solutions.

  • Lead and develop a high-performing HR systems team, aligning goals to broader organizational priorities.

  • Evaluate and optimize existing HR processes through automation and technology.

  • Provide thought leadership on new tools, trends, and platforms that drive business impact.

  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure ROI from technology investments.

  • Establish governance frameworks and metrics to assess effectiveness and adoption of HR technologies.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.

  • Proven success delivering complex HR technology strategies in large, global organizations.

  • Deep expertise in Workday (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting) and familiarity with adjacent digital tools.

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with executive stakeholders and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.

  • Strong background in data governance, compliance, and system integration.

  • Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and Workday certifications preferred.
