Key Responsibilities:

Define and lead the vision and multi-year roadmap for global HR technology, ensuring alignment with enterprise talent strategies.

Drive transformation efforts across the HR function, leveraging Workday and emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and analytics.

Serve as the enterprise owner of HR systems, ensuring scalability, compliance, data security, and operational excellence.

Partner closely with senior HR and business leaders to deliver next-generation employee experiences and workforce solutions.

Lead and develop a high-performing HR systems team, aligning goals to broader organizational priorities.

Evaluate and optimize existing HR processes through automation and technology.

Provide thought leadership on new tools, trends, and platforms that drive business impact.

Oversee vendor relationships and ensure ROI from technology investments.

Establish governance frameworks and metrics to assess effectiveness and adoption of HR technologies.
Qualifications:

15+ years of progressive experience in HR systems, digital transformation, or enterprise technology leadership.

Proven success delivering complex HR technology strategies in large, global organizations.

Deep expertise in Workday (e.g., HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting) and familiarity with adjacent digital tools.

Demonstrated experience partnering with executive stakeholders and leading enterprise-wide change initiatives.

Strong background in data governance, compliance, and system integration.

Exceptional leadership capabilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree and Workday certifications preferred.
