We are seeking a forward-thinking transformational technology leader to re-imagine and modernize the technology landscape that powers our Corporate Functions - with an immediate emphasis on Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), enterprise performance, and automation-driven efficiency.
About the Role
You will set the strategic vision, build the transformation roadmap, and orchestrate cross-functional delivery to unlock real-time insight, operational agility, and measurable business value.
Responsibilities
Strategic Vision & Roadmap
- Create a multi-year modernization roadmap spanning Finance, HR, Procurement, and other corporate domains.
- Translate enterprise objectives into actionable technology strategies and capability releases.
Finance & EPM Transformation
- Redesign planning, budgeting, forecasting, and capital-planning processes for speed and accuracy.
- Introduce advanced scenario modelling and analytics for data-driven decisions.
Automation & Data Enablement
- Identify and deploy RPA, AI/ML, and data-platform solutions that eliminate manual effort and elevate insight quality.
- Establish a single source of truth for key corporate metrics.
Program Delivery & Change Leadership
- Own end-to-end execution—from solution design through deployment, change management, and post-go-live optimization.
- Lead cross-functional squads, internal COEs, and external partners to deliver on time and on value.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure stability, compliance, and continuous improvement across all corporate technology platforms.
- Define KPIs, track value realization, and communicate progress to executive sponsors.
Stakeholder Alignment
- Influence senior Finance and Digital & Technology (D&T) leaders, securing buy-in for transformation priorities.
- Foster adoption through clear communication, training, and support.
Market Scanning
- Stay ahead of emerging tools and practices; inject innovation into the roadmap where it drives competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 15+ years leading enterprise technology programs
- 5+ years focused on Finance or EPM transformation
- Deep expertise in FP&A processes, metrics, and modern planning platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Oracle EPM, SAP, TM1, or comparable)
- Proven track record delivering large-scale, multi-stakeholder transformation with clear ROI
- Ability to translate strategy into execution, balancing quick wins with long-term architecture
- Strong business acumen; credible influencer with CFOs, CTOs, and functional executives alike
- Demonstrated success driving automation, data-platform, or AI/ML initiatives within Corporate Functions
- Exceptional communication and change-leadership skills
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Information Systems, or related field; MBA or relevant master’s preferred
