**Job Title: Behavioral Home Health Registered Nurse • Days**

**Job Description:**
Join our client's team as a Home Health Registered Nurse, providing exceptional care to patients in their homes. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong background in home health and behavioral health nursing.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a home health setting.
• Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS for documentation, ensuring all records are completed on the same day.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 20•25 cases per week, achieving productivity points of 26•28 on average.
• Conduct patient visits primarily during branch hours (8am • 5pm), with flexibility for early or late appointments as needed.
• Attend mandatory in•person office meetings once a week.
**Qualifications:**
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a home health setting.
• Proficiency in HCHB and OASIS documentation.
• Experience in behavioral health home care is essential.
• Educational qualifications include a Diploma, Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in nursing with relevant experience.
**Contract Details:**
• 13•week contract with a 40•hour workweek.
• No on•call or overtime requirements.
• All requested time off must be pre•approved and compensated for.
**Additional Information:**
• Orientation includes 2•3 days of training and team introduction.
• Scrub color is flexible.
• Candidates must reside within 30 minutes of the territory or secure nearby housing if traveling.
