**Job Title: Behavioral Health • Registered Nurse • Night Shift**
**Location:** Burkeville, VA
**Contract Duration:** 13 weeks
**Shift Details:** Night Shift, 40 hours/week (2/12s: 7:00 PM • 7:30 AM, 2/8s: 11:00 PM • 7:30 AM)
**Qualifications:**
• Active VA RN or compact license
• AHA BLS Certification
• 5+ years in Behavioral Health and Geriatric care
• Preferred: Psychiatric/Med•Surg experience
• Strong clinical problem•solving and communication skills
**Role Overview:**
Join a top behavioral health facility for individuals 65+, recognized with the Joint Commission’s Gold Seal. Work with diverse patients with psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders, often with multiple medical conditions.
**Patient Ratios:**
• RN: 1:34 (long•term) / 1:19 (admission)
• LPN: 1:17
• CNA/DSA: 1:5 or 1:7
**Additional Information:**
• Scrub Color: Any, must be clean and ironed
• COVID Vaccine: Not required
