**Job Title: Behavioral Health • LVN/LPN • Days**
Join our team as an LVN/LPN in Behavioral Health, providing care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities and medical needs.
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver nursing care under RN supervision.
• Perform tasks like gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, and tracheostomies.
• Implement therapeutic programs and support infection control.
• Communicate with healthcare teams and residents.
**Qualifications:**
• Active Texas LVN/LPN License.
• 2+ years of relevant nursing experience.
• 1+ year in facilities for intellectual disabilities or high•acuity units.
• AHA BLS certification.
• Meet HHSC requirements.
**Schedule:**
• 40 hours/week, 6 am • 2 pm, including 3 weekends/month.
• 6•month contract, potential extension.
**Orientation:**
• 6•week program, mandatory first 5 weeks, Mon•Fri, 8 am • 5 pm.

• Brenham, TX.
