Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Total Rewards Analyst with expertise in Workday to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation, and administration of our total rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and recognition. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and extensive experience with HRIS.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Compensation Analysis: Conduct market research and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation practices. Analyze salary data, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation-related decisions.

 

Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives. Analyze benefits data and trends to ensure programs are cost-effective and competitive.

 

Workday: Maintain and optimize Workday modules related to compensation and benefits, ensuring data accuracy and system functionality

 

Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile, analyze, and interpret total rewards data to support decision-making. Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for senior management, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

 

Compliance: Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations. Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations and implement necessary changes to policies and procedures.

 

Employee Communication: Develop and deliver effective communication strategies to inform employees about total rewards programs, changes, and updates. Create engaging materials, presentations, and training sessions to enhance employee understanding and appreciation of their benefits.

 

Project Management: Lead or participate in total rewards projects, such as annual compensation reviews, benefits open enrollment, and program audits. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

 

Qualifications:

 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits analysis.

Experience with Workday, particularly in compensation and benefits modules.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.

Knowledge of relevant Canadian labor laws and regulations.
