Richard has spent more than 20 years in imaging staffing, helping over a thousand clinicians find both travel and permanent positions. He’s passionate about the work and finds it especially rewarding to support clinicians during such an important step in their careers.
At Uniti Med, Richard’s favorite part of his role is welcoming new travelers into the industry and guiding them through every stage of the process. He takes pride in helping travelers navigate challenges with confidence and often hears how much smoother their experience was because they felt informed and supported from the start.
What sets Uniti Med apart, in Richard’s view, is the high level of transparency and support provided to travelers. By proactively sharing information and clearly explaining the “why” behind each step, he helps ensure there are no surprises—allowing travelers to feel confident throughout their journey.
Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his wife, Deanna, their son, Andrew, and their Basset Hound, Slim. He also enjoys sports, music, cars, and tackling yard projects—now made easier thanks to his robot mower. A lifelong Red Sox fan, Richard would choose Boston as his ideal assignment destination, soaking up the atmosphere at Fenway Park.
