Laurel Glover

​Laurel brings 4 years of experience in commercial life sciences recruiting, paired with a decade-long background in the pharmaceutical industry. She has deep expertise in neuroscience, endocrinology, and women’s health, and has successfully led eight commercial sales builds. Laurel works closely with small to mid-cap biopharma companies—particularly in rare disease, oncology, and start-up environments—placing top commercial talent across both field and corporate roles.

Outside of work, Laurel stays on her toes thanks to her two kids, Brooks (4) and Dylan (1). When she’s not recruiting or chasing toddlers, you can find her with a good book or enjoying time outside.
