​Alison has spent the past seven years building a dynamic career in recruiting, where her journey began shortly after college when she had the chance to work alongside a prominent figure in the healthcare industry. That early exposure sparked her interest in talent acquisition and ultimately led her to specialize in the Life Sciences sector starting in 2020. Since then, Alison has continued to grow her expertise, working with both clients and candidates who are at the forefront of medical innovation—developing life-saving treatments and tackling some of the world’s most devastating diseases. For Alison, recruiting is more than just filling roles; it’s about being part of deeply impactful, life-changing decisions. She believes that since people spend a third of their lives at work, helping them find the right opportunity is incredibly meaningful. Her key strength lies in understanding the nuances of people—the “gray” that isn’t captured in a resume or job description—allowing her to make thoughtful, strategic matches. A graduate of Northwood University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Alison is also a lifelong athlete who played college basketball and still plays in her free time. She thrives in competitive environments both on and off the court and finds joy in spending quality time with her large family—being one of five siblings has taught her the value of teamwork, resilience, and connection.
