12 Total Nights – 9 x 7:00pm-7:30am & 3 x 3:00am-3:00pm
2 Days – 7:00am-7:00pm
1 Mids – 3:00pm-3:00am

Warsaw IN
1 Night – 6:00pm-6:00am

Huntington IN
1 Night – 7:00pm-7:00am

Department/Unit:

1 South has 22 beds, they are an acute care unit that cares for any kind of infection, complications from chronic diseases and comorbidities.
2 North Extended: This is a 24 bed Medical Surgical unit. This unit primarily focuses on short stay surgeries (1-2 days) specializing in gynecology oncology, urology and procedural gastroenterology.
5 South has 22 beds, they are an acute care unit that cares for any kind of infection, complications from chronic diseases and comorbidities.
6 Medical has 36 beds, they are an acute care unit that cares for any kind of infection, complications from chronic diseases and comorbidities.
7 Medical has 36 beds, they are an acute care unit that cares for any kind of infection, complications from chronic diseases and comorbidities.
5 Surgical: This is a 36 bed Med Surg unit with varying levels of acuity depending on the patient’s phase of recovery. The majority of patients are recovering from general surgery or colorectal procedures.

Experience:
Minimum requirement: RN, 1 year of working RN Exp.
Nice to haves: Hospital EXP
Cross Training Opportunities yes. LTAC, SNF, rehab, home health and hospice.
Pay (min-max): $28.10-$46.37
Differentials:
Night - $4
Weekend - $2.25
Evening - $2.5
BSN premium - $2

Sign On Bonus: $20,000
