Job Title: Rehabilitation Physical Therapist (PT) • Home Health, Day Shift
Job Description:
Join our Home Health team as a Rehabilitation Physical Therapist in the Apple Valley area. This role requires at least 1 year of skilled home health experience.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver in•home physical therapy services
• Manage a daily caseload of up to 6 patients
• Work a day shift schedule, 5 days a week with occasional weekend shifts
Requirements:
• BCLS certification
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within a 50•mile radius
• Oasis experience preferred
Additional Information:
• No on•call duties or floating required
• Open to local candidates and those with pending licenses
• Guaranteed work week, free parking, mileage reimbursement, and flexible attire
• EPIC used for charting.
