Job Title: Outpatient Social Worker (Day Shift)
Join our team as an Outpatient Social Worker for a 13•week assignment, working Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm.
Responsibilities:
• Deliver individual patient care
• Link patients with necessary resources
• Perform crisis intervention, support families, set care goals, appoint decision•makers, and conduct mental status exams
Requirements:
• BLS Certification
• LA County Fire Card
• Master's in Social Work
• Two years of specialty experience
• Experience with low acuity patients
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster (if eligible)
Preferred:
• LCSW Certification
This role excludes on•call duties and does not accept marriage counselors, LMFT, or counseling degrees. Local travelers can apply. The role is remote, supporting community patients via phone, and requires adaptability.
