Workday Financials Director

Position Summary:
We are seeking a Workday Financials Director to support our client’s Workday initiatives. This is a permanent, fully remote role with a salary range of $175,000 to $200,000. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions while helping organizations maximize the value of their investment.
Whether supporting new implementations, optimization projects, or long-term system enhancements, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful Workday outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
· Provide strategic and hands-on leadership for Workday Financials, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Expenses, Assets, and Banking and Settlement, to meet business and operational needs.
· Partner with Finance, Accounting, and executive stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutions.
· Analyze financial processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and reporting through system enhancements.
· Lead and mentor the Workday Financials team, and oversee system testing, configuration validation, release management, and deployment activities.
· Oversee production support and issue resolution, including period-end close and audit support.
· Own system documentation, reporting, and process improvements while promoting Workday best practices and setting the roadmap for the Financials platform.
