A leading biopharma organization is seeking a Director of HEOR to drive U.S. value strategy, evidence generation, and payer?focused insights across a key rare disease product. This role partners closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and senior leadership to shape value narratives grounded in clinical, economic, and real?world evidence.
What you’ll do:
* Lead HEOR strategy and translate it into impactful evidence plans
* Develop cost?effectiveness models, budget?impact analyses, RWE, and PRO?based insights
* Serve as the U.S. HEOR lead for assigned brands
* Synthesize complex data into clear, defensible value stories for internal and external stakeholders
* Support federal value assessment activities, including IRA?related evidence needs
* Manage vendors, guide cross?functional teams, and represent the organization at scientific meetings
* Provide strategic counsel on payer expectations, access challenges, and evidence gaps
What we’re looking for:
* MS with 10+ years, or PhD/PharmD with 7+ years in HEOR
* Deep experience with U.S. HTA deliverables (AMCP dossiers, BIMs, CE models, ICER submissions)
* Strong background in RWE, large database analytics, and economic modeling
* Proven ability to engage U.S. payers or HTA?aligned organizations
* Exceptional communication skills and leadership experience
