Position Summary: 

We are seeking an HRIS Manager to support our client’s Workday initiatives. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions while helping organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment.

In this role, you’ll lead a team of three HRIS professionals while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive Workday optimization, enhance business processes, and support long-term system strategy. We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem–including HCM, security, and integrations–who is passionate about continuous improvement, highly analytical, and excited about the evolving role of AI within Workday and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of three HRIS professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous growth.
  • Configure, optimize, and support Workday HCM solutions to meet business and operational needs.
  • Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver system enhancements, integrations, and ongoing platform improvements.
  • Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and system enhancements.
  • Support system testing, configuration validation, deployment activities, and production support.
  • Maintain system documentation, reporting, and process improvements while promoting Workday best practices.
  • Stay current on emerging Workday capabilities, including AI-powered features, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage new technologies that improve the employee and HR experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience leading or mentoring HRIS or Workday teams.
  • Strong understanding of the Workday ecosystem, including HCM, security, and integrations.
  • Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders, including HR, IT, business leaders, and external vendors.
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for process improvement and solving complex business challenges.
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging AI technologies, including Workday AI, and a desire to explore innovative ways to improve HR operations.
