**Job Title: Registered Nurse • Step Down Unit (SDU) • Nights • PRN**
Join our team in Torrance, CA, as a PRN Registered Nurse in the Step Down Unit. Ideal for RNs passionate about patient care in a dynamic teaching facility.
**Responsibilities:**
• Deliver exceptional nursing care in the SDU.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Follow safety and infection control protocols.
• Maintain detailed patient records.
**Schedule & Requirements:**
• PRN, 12•hour night shifts, minimum 24 hours/week.
• Active CA RN License; BLS, ACLS, MAB/CPI, NIHSS, Fire Card certifications.
• COVID•19 vaccination and booster required.
• 2 years SDU experience; travel experience preferred.
• Patient ratios per CA State Law.
**Additional Info:**
• Orientation every Thursday; credentialing takes one month.
• Scrub color: Any, preferably Navy Blue or Black.
• PPE provided; parking available.
• EMR: Cerner.
