​Taylor began a successful career in IT before making the leap into the Life Sciences space three years ago—and hasn’t looked back since. Driven by a desire to contribute to an industry that promotes health, wellness, and improved quality of life, Taylor found purpose in supporting organizations and individuals who are making a real difference. With a degree in General Studies and a minor in Sales from Washington State University, Taylor brings a strong foundation in communication and problem-solving to every interaction. What Taylor enjoys most about the role is the opportunity to solve complex business challenges through strategic hiring, while building lasting personal and professional relationships with people from all walks of life. Known for a transparent and honest approach, Taylor takes the time to truly understand each client’s and candidate’s goals, creating customized solutions that work. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys long walks with a loyal dog named Leo, relaxing beach days, perfecting homemade pasta recipes, and hitting the golf course whenever possible.
