Chad is a proud dad of three amazing kids who keep life busy in the best way possible. All three are involved in gymnastics year-round, with one also playing baseball and another picking up volleyball throughout the year. Between practices, games, and meets, the family schedule can get hectic, but Chad wouldn’t have it any other way—his kids love their sports, their teammates, and their coaches.
When he finds a little free time, Chad enjoys getting out to listen to live blues and jazz music whenever his schedule allows. Weekends often include time in the garage working on his dad’s Mustang, tossing a frisbee for the family’s Texas Heeler, or playing a competitive round of Five Straight with his kids. Above all, he feels incredibly blessed by the love and energy that fills his home.
At work, Chad is driven by the opportunity to make a real difference. He believes the impact Uniti Med and GQR has on people is significant and far-reaching, and that sense of purpose fuels what he does every day. Just as important, he wants to set an example for his kids that meaningful, purpose-driven work is truly a gift.

If he could travel anywhere, Italy tops the list—where he’d happily indulge in amazing food and a little red wine. Closer to home, Alaska is another dream destination. Its wild, untouched landscapes feel like stepping back hundreds of years in time, offering the kind of natural beauty and peacefulness he’d love to experience firsthand.
