Alyssa is a former nurse turned healthcare recruiter who brings empathy, transparency, and heart to her work at Uniti Med. After eight years in bedside nursing, she entered healthcare staffing in 2021 with a deep understanding of the challenges clinicians face and a strong commitment to supporting them beyond the contract.
She is passionate about building meaningful relationships and helping travelers clarify and move toward their personal and professional goals. Alyssa also founded and leads CommUniti, Uniti Med’s volunteer and charity committee, which focuses on giving back and strengthening connection within the company and the broader community.
