**Job Title: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)**
**Location:** Tuscaloosa, Alabama
**Job Overview:**
Seeking a compassionate RN to provide care for adults with diverse mental health needs, including probate and forensic commitments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver nursing care for behavioral health patients.
* Collaborate on and adjust patient care plans.
* Document patient care accurately.
* Ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
**Schedule:**
* 13*week assignment, 40 hours/week
* Shifts: Evening (2:45 PM * 11:15 PM)
* Work every 3rd weekend (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)
* Limited time off (2*3 days, no holidays)
**Qualifications:**
* Active RN license (Compact or Alabama)
* BLS certification
* 2+ years in behavioral health nursing
* Travel nursing experience preferred
**Skills:**
* Behavioral health expertise
* Strong communication and teamwork
