**Job Title: Behavioral Health * LVN/LPN**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our behavioral health team, providing care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Administer medications and treatments with accurate documentation.
* Perform data entry; training provided.
* Deliver care under RN supervision, following facility guidelines.
* Conduct nursing tasks to address patient health needs.
* Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
**Qualifications:**
* Active Texas LVN/LPN License.
* At least 1 year of nursing experience; 2+ years preferred.
* Skilled in advanced nursing procedures.
* Current CPR certification.
* Strong communication skills.
* Experience with large medication passes is a plus.
* Valid photo ID and TB documentation required.
* Must pass drug screen and background check.
**Schedule:**
* Variable shifts: 6 AM * 2 PM or 2 PM * 10 PM.
* 40 hours/week; potential for 16*hour shifts.
* Rotational weekends, every 3rd weekend off.
**Additional Information:**
* 6*week orientation with comprehensive training.
* Nurses may float between units as needed.
* Low patient ratios, adjusted for patient needs.
