**Job Title: Behavioral Health * Registered Nurse * Nights**
Join our team in Burkeville, VA, as a Behavioral Health RN for night shifts on a 13*week contract, working 40 hours weekly with a mix of 12*hour and 8*hour shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver care to individuals 65+ with psychiatric and neurocognitive disorders.
* Utilize clinical problem*solving and communication skills.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes.
**Qualifications:**
* Active VA RN or compact license.
* AHA BLS certification.
* Five years of RN experience, focusing on Behavioral Health and Geriatric care.
* Preferred experience in psychiatric or Med*Surg settings.
**Additional Information:**
* Patient ratios: RN * 1:34 long*term / 1:19 admission unit.
* Scrub color: Any clean, professional attire.
