**Job Title: Behavioral Health * Registered Nurse**

**Job Description:**
Seeking a compassionate Behavioral Health Registered Nurse to deliver care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role involves patient assessment, care, and treatment under general supervision.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Deliver comprehensive nursing care.
* Supervise healthcare staff.
* Maintain accurate records.
* Administer medications and treatments.
* Apply emergency procedures and CPR.
* Interact effectively with patients and staff.
* Implement Safe Use of Restraint (SUR) procedures.
**Qualifications:**
* Active Texas RN Licensure or Nurse Licensure Compact eligibility.
* Current CPR certification.
* Preferably two years of nursing experience, including six months as an RN.
* Experience with developmental disabilities preferred.
* Availability for rotational weekends and flexible shifts.
**Schedule:**
* 40 hours/week
* Shifts: 6 a.m. * 2:30 p.m., 2 p.m. * 10:30 p.m., 10 p.m. * 6:30 a.m.
* Rotational weekends
**Additional Information:**
* 4*week orientation (education and training).
* Patient ratios: 9*10, adjusted as needed.
* Floating to different units may be required.
**Certifications:**
* Maintain CPR certification.
