**Job Title: Behavioral Health LVN/LPN * Nights**
Join our team in Brenham, TX, as a Behavioral Health LVN/LPN. Provide essential nursing care for patients with intellectual disabilities and complex medical needs under RN supervision.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver care for patients with intellectual disabilities.
* Perform tasks like gastrostomy tubes, enteral feedings, and tracheostomies.
* Collaborate with healthcare teams and communicate with patients.
* Support infection control and quality assurance.
* Engage in therapeutic programs and train new LVNs.
**Schedule:**
* 26*week contract, 40 hours/week.
* Night shift: 9:45 pm * 6:15 pm, 5×8’s.
* Work 3 weekends/month.
* 5*day orientation: Monday*Friday, 8:00 am * 5:00 pm.
**Requirements:**
* Active Texas LPN/LVN license.
* 2+ years LVN/LPN experience.
* 1+ year in intellectual disabilities facility.
* AHA BLS certification.
* Meet HHSC immunization, drug testing, and fingerprinting standards.
* COVID*19 vaccination required.
**Notes:**
* May float between units as needed.
* No time off in the first 5 weeks.
* Complete all required training.
