**Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse * Days**

**Job Description:**
Seeking a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse to provide compassionate care to the geriatric population. This 13*week contract, with potential extension, runs Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver quality home health care
* Manage approximately 6 patients daily
* Coordinate and schedule visits
* Document using Oasis/HCHB
**Requirements:**
* Active CA RN license
* BLS certification
* 2+ years nursing experience, 1+ in home health
* Proficient in HCHB and Oasis
* Meet productivity of 25*30 points
**Details:**
* No on*call/holiday work
* Mileage reimbursement
* Overtime available
