Los Angeles Family Practice NP/PA Opportunity | Outpatient | No Call or Weekends
STUDENT LOAN REIMBURSEMENT PROGRAM OFFERED
A growing community health organization is seeking permanent Family Practice Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to join their outpatient team. Multiple positions are available at one clinic location (no floating required) being either in Highland Park (LA) or Hawthorne.
This opportunity is within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment, providing care to an underserved patient population. Providers who enjoy mission-driven medicine and caring for patients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease will thrive in this setting.
Position Highlights

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
No weekends, no holidays, and no call
100% outpatient practice – no telehealth requirements
20–22 patients per day
Work alongside a collaborative team with clinical support staff

Compensation

This is a w2 position offering $80–$85/hour plus fulltime benefits
Student loan reimbursement program!

Patient Population

Primarily adult patients (18+) with occasional adolescent visits
Preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness exams, and routine screenings

Qualifications

Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
Active CA license required

Additional Details

No work required outside of scheduled clinic hours
Credentialing typically 2–3 months (faster if already Medicare/Medi-Cal enrolled)
