Kevin Griffin Recruitment Team Lead / Associate Director, Locum Tenens Kevin brings over 12 years of locum tenens staffing experience, with leadership roles across AMN Healthcare, D&Y, and Cross Country, most recently serving as Vice President of Locum Tenens at U.S. Physiatry, where he built the Locum Division from the ground up into a fully operational staffing business.
Over the course of his career, Kevin has led teams of up to 25 recruiters, generated more than $10.8M in personal gross profit over a five-year span, and managed nearly $30M in team GP. He’s earned President’s Club three times and has worked across multiple physician specialties, with a track record of building high-performing teams and scalable recruiting operations from scratch. Kevin joins GQR as Recruitment Team Lead, focused on MD/DO and CRNA anesthesia locum tenens recruiting.
Outside of work, Kevin is a proud dad to his 14-year-old son, who starts high school this fall. He comes from a large, close-knit family (his dad was one of 14 siblings), so family has always been central to who he is. When he’s not recruiting, you’ll likely find him watching Kentucky basketball, taking his Jeep off-road, kayaking, hanging out with his dog, or catching a good movie or series.
