**Job Title: Behavioral Health ER * Registered Nurse * Nights**
**Location:** Los Angeles, CA
**Contract Details:**
* Duration: 8 weeks
* Hours: 36 per week, Night shifts
* No RTO, No On Call, Work every other weekend
**Certifications:**
* AHA ACLS, BLS, PALS, NIHSS, Mab/CPI
* LA Fire Card, Life Safety Card (LA City)
* LA County Employee Health Clearance
* Active CA RN License
**Experience:**
* 1+ year in Behavioral Health ER in a metro medical center
* Travel experience preferred
* Local travelers welcome
* COVID vaccination and booster required
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver urgent care for acute mental health crises
* Conduct psychiatric and medical assessments
* Perform crisis intervention and de*escalation
* Administer medications, ensure patient safety
* Coordinate evaluations, treatment plans, and placements
**Additional Info:**
* Magnet facility, Level 1 Trauma Center, teaching environment
* Scrub Color: Navy Blue or Black preferred
