**Job Title: Case Manager * Registered Nurse (Days)**
Join our team in Woodland Hills, CA, as a Case Manager * Registered Nurse for a 13*week contract, working 40 hours per week with 8*hour day shifts.
**Responsibilities:**
* Oversee patient care per CA State Law.
* Conduct utilization reviews for optimal outcomes.
* Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
**Requirements:**
* Active CA RN License.
* BLS and LA County Fire Card.
* 1 year of Case Manager and 2 years of RN experience.
* EPIC charting experience.
* Utilization review experience.
* Travel experience preferred.
**Details:**
* No floating or on*call duties.
* Up to 4 days RTO.
* COVID*19 vaccination not required.
* Scrub Color: Royal/Navy Blue.
* PPE and parking provided.
* EMR: Epic.
