Join our team in Los Angeles, CA, as a Special Procedures * Interventional Radiology (IR) Registered Nurse. Provide specialized care in a dynamic setting.
**Contract Details:**
* 8*week contract, 40 hours/week
* 4 x 10*hour day shifts
* Weekends and holidays required
* Possible floating between facilities
**Requirements:**
* Active CA RN License
* AHA BLS, MAB or CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety card
* LA County Employee Health Clearance
* COVID vaccination and booster (if eligible)
**Experience:**
* 1+ year in Special Procedures nursing at a Level 1 Trauma Center
* Interventional radiology and vascular procedures experience
**Responsibilities:**
* Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
* Conduct pre*procedure assessments
* Administer medications and sedation
* Monitor patients and assist medical staff
* Provide post*procedure care and education
