Ashley is a dedicated recruiter with more than 10 years of experience in sales and recruiting. She began her career in University Admissions, recruiting for her alma mater, before transitioning into healthcare recruiting in 2022. Throughout her career, Ashley has found her greatest passion in connecting with people, building meaningful relationships, and maintaining those relationships over time.
She believes that we all have lives beyond our careers, and she strives to bring genuine joy, support, and positivity to the process of finding the right opportunity—helping candidates grow while continuing to learn and grow alongside them. Joining GQR has given Ashley the opportunity to challenge herself, expand her expertise, and build her business alongside some of the best and brightest in the industry. Outside of work, Ashley is a proud mom of three boys and wife to a stay-at-home dad and avid bonsai collector.
After recently relocating from Upstate New York, they now call Wilmington, NC home. As a family, they love the beach, wildlife, road trips, and simply spending quality time together. And, of course—Go Bills!
