**Job Title: Labor & Delivery Registered Nurse * Nights**
Join our team in Torrance, CA, as a Labor & Delivery RN for night shifts on an 8*week contract.
**Details:**
* **Shift:** Nights, 36 hours/week (3 x 12*hour shifts)
* **Contract:** 8 weeks
* **Patient Ratios:** California guidelines
* **On Call:** Not required
* **Floating:** Required
* **Certifications:** AHA BLS/PALS/NRP, Fetal Heart Monitoring, NIHSS, MAB/CPI, LA City Fire and Life Safety
* **License:** Active CA RN License
* **COVID*19:** Vaccination and booster if eligible
**Experience:**
* 1+ year in Labor & Delivery at a Level 1 Trauma Institution
* C*Section experience
* Travel experience preferred
**Responsibilities:**
* Monitor maternal/fetal status, interpret heart rates, administer meds, manage labor support
* Assist deliveries, respond to emergencies
* Support pain management, educate patients/families
* Ensure safe postpartum/newborn transitions
* Provide care in Labor & Delivery, triage, OR, recovery
* May float to Mother*Baby Unit
