**Job Title: Behavioral Health * LVN/LPN * Evenings**

**Location:** Carlsbad, Texas

**Job Description:**

Seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for evening shifts in our Behavioral Health unit. Provide essential care to individuals with behavioral challenges and dual diagnoses.

**Responsibilities:**

* Administer medications and treatments.
* Perform nursing procedures per state regulations.
* Document observations and communicate with the team.
* Respond to emergencies and follow safety protocols.
* Assist with treatments and collect specimens.
* Educate on health goals and manage medical records.

**Qualifications:**

* Active Texas LVN/LPN License.
* AHA BLS & CPR certification.
* 2+ years in acute care, LTC, clinics, public health, or psych settings.
* Experience with dual diagnoses preferred.
* Strong communication skills.
* Compliance with immunization, drug testing, and fingerprinting.

**Shift Details:**

* Evening: 4 PM * 12 AM
* Orientation: M*F 8 AM * 5 PM (first 4 weeks)
* 40 hours/week, no overtime

**Additional Requirements:**

* Negative COVID*19 test; vaccination card if applicable.
* Two references from different workplaces.
