**Job Title: Labor & Delivery * Registered Nurse * Nights**
Join our team in California as a Labor & Delivery RN for night shifts, providing essential care to mothers and newborns.
**Responsibilities:**
* Deliver comprehensive care during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum periods.
* Interpret and document fetal monitor tracings.
* Provide immediate newborn care post*delivery.
* Offer preoperative to postoperative care for obstetrical patients.
* Conduct labor stage screenings in the OB Observation Area.
* Manage patient admissions and discharges.
* Educate patients and families on labor and delivery.
**Requirements:**
* Current California RN license.
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN.
* 2+ years of Labor & Delivery experience.
* 1+ year of travel RN experience.
* Ability to float to the OR.
* Weekend and holiday availability.
**Preferred:**
* BSN or MSN.
* RNC*OB and RNC*EFM certifications.
* STABLE Program completion.
**Physical Requirements:**
* Frequent walking, standing, bending, reaching.
* Lift, push, pull up to 25 lbs; assist in patient transfers.
* Exposure to stressful conditions.
This 13*week assignment offers night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with 36 or 48 hours per week. Apply to make a meaningful impact in maternal and newborn care.
