A growing biotechnology organization is seeking a Clinical Data Manager to support clinical development programs by ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and quality of clinical trial data. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners to oversee day-to-day data management activities, support study execution, and help ensure timely delivery of high-quality clinical data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage clinical data management activities across one or more clinical studies.
• Perform ongoing data review, query management, reconciliation activities, and data cleaning efforts.
• Support the development, testing, and maintenance of electronic data capture (EDC) systems, including edit checks and validation processes.
• Prepare and maintain study-specific data management documentation and deliverables.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Biostatistics, Programming, Safety, and external vendors to support study objectives and timelines.
• Assist with database lock activities, interim analyses, and final data delivery.
• Ensure data management processes comply with applicable regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company procedures.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices that enhance data quality and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, technical, or related discipline.
• Experience in clinical data management within the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research industry.
• Knowledge of clinical trial processes, data management principles, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with EDC systems and clinical data review processes.
• Familiarity with data reconciliation, query management, external data integration, and medical coding standards.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
