About the Opportunity 
A biotechnology organization focused on developing innovative therapeutic solutions is seeking an experienced Clinical Science professional to support the advancement of its clinical development programs. This individual will play a key role in guiding clinical studies from planning through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scientific rigor, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design, planning, and execution of clinical development programs across various stages of development.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and maintain clinical development strategies and study plans.
  • Support the creation and review of clinical protocols, study documentation, and clinical trial materials.
  • Monitor study progress, evaluate clinical data, and contribute to data interpretation and analysis activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional project teams and provide clinical science expertise to support program objectives.
  • Assist with regulatory submissions and responses to health authorities as needed.
  • Ensure clinical activities are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations, quality standards, and internal procedures.
  • Support process improvement initiatives to enhance study execution and operational efficiency.
  • Present program updates and clinical findings to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Advanced scientific or healthcare-related degree (e.g., PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in Clinical Science, Clinical Development, Translational Medicine, or a related field within biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial design, execution, and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical data.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, external vendors, and research sites.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
