Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday People Analytics Consultant to support a Phase 2 Workday People Analytics implementation. This role will partner with client stakeholders to configure and optimize the Workday People Analytics application, enabling data-driven workforce insights through analytics, reporting, security, and change management.

The ideal candidate will have experience configuring Workday People Analytics, supporting analytics implementations, and delivering scalable reporting solutions that help organizations maximize the value of their Workday investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure up to three Workday People Analytics topic areas based on customer requirements and product eligibility.
• Lead and participate in strategy alignment workshops and customer confirmation sessions to gather requirements and validate solution design.
• Configure calculated fields to support data mapping and People Analytics reporting.
• Configure Workday People Analytics security domains, security groups, and applicable security settings.
• Migrate the Workday People Analytics Enablement Dashboard from the Workday Configuration Catalog into the customer environment.
• Support change management activities by providing framework materials, documentation, and end-user training resources.
• Provide post-deployment support following the initial monthly People Analytics data refresh.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Workday People Analytics.

Qualifications

Required

• Experience implementing and configuring Workday People Analytics.
• Experience configuring Workday calculated fields and reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of Workday security configuration, including security domains and security groups.
• Experience facilitating client workshops, gathering business requirements, and validating solution designs.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a client-facing consulting environment.

Preferred

• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics.
• Experience supporting Workday HCM implementations or optimization projects.
• Experience delivering change management or end-user enablement activities.
