Position Summary

We are seeking a Workday Benefits Business Architect to support our client’s Workday initiatives. This individual will partner closely with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translate business needs into scalable Workday solutions, and support Workday Benefits configuration activities.

Whether supporting optimization projects or ongoing system enhancements, you’ll play a key role in improving benefits processes and maximizing the value of the Workday platform.

Duration: 6+ months
Schedule: 32+ hours per week
Location: Remote (PST hours preferred)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into scalable Workday Benefits solutions.
• Configure and support the Workday Benefits module to align with business requirements and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support solution design, testing, and deployment activities.
• Analyze existing benefits processes and identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimization.
• Support configuration validation, issue resolution, and ongoing production support.
• Develop and maintain functional documentation to support system enhancements and business processes.
