Position Summary: 

We are seeking a Workday Payroll Configuration Analyst  to support our client’s Workday initiatives. This individual will partner with business and technology stakeholders to deliver scalable Workday solutions while helping organizations maximize the value of their investment. 

Whether supporting new implementations, optimization projects, or long-term system enhancements, you’ll play a key role in delivering successful Workday outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure, optimize, and support Workday Payroll solutions to meet business and operational needs.  

• Partner with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutions.  

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency through system enhancements.  

• Support system testing, configuration validation, and deployment activities.  

• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide ongoing production support.  

• Maintain system documentation, reporting, and process improvements while promoting Workday best practices.
